Hospitality Manager Executive Chef - Regional NSW

Our client is currently constructing of a new Visitor Services function centre, inclusive of café, kiosk, and function/events centre for up to 300 guests, scheduled to open late 2010.

A unique opportunity exists for a fresh and motivated individual, with exceptional communication skills and sound Hospitality management experience, to lead and develop the Food and Beverage operations within our new facility, providing ongoing support for the client and its team.

You will demonstrate some experience in managing in ground catering and function operations, operational budgets and sales targets, developing strategic business and tactical sales plans, implementing and executing business development activities, ensuring exceptional Customer Service delivery for outlets, develop and implement of menu packaging, manage Food Safety standards and beverage licensing compliance, and Human Resources activities, including recruitment and performance management.

This position requires a ‘hands on approach’ to the day-to-day operations of the business as well as strong leadership and time management skills, to motivate the team to deliver a high standard of service and realize an exciting business potential.

Your background will include large corporate catering companies, leisure and attractions companies, with pre opening and opening experience if possible.
